Pre-Order Policy

Kulan may offer products for pre-order when items are out of stock or awaiting new inventory. Payment will be charged at the time the pre-order is placed, and the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.

 

Estimated Shipping Date & Shipping Delays

Kulan will make every effort to ship pre-ordered items as close to the estimated shipping date as possible. However, please note that this date is only an estimate and not a guaranteed shipping date. Changes to the estimated shipping date may occur due to factors such as delayed stock arrival, production issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

 

Refunds & Order Modifications

  • If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you have 7 days from the order date to request a refund. To do so, simply email your order number and refund request to kunya@kulanbeauty.com. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • If you need to modify your order, please note that changes are dependent on stock availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, modifications may result in delayed shipping and/or additional shipping fees, which will be your responsibility.
  • Kulan reserves the right to cancel delayed pre-orders at any time (a “Discretionary Cancellation”). In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Limitation of Liability

Kulan is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by shipping delays, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
