Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Because our lashes are designed for the delicate eye area, we’re unable to resell products that have been opened or worn, due to hygiene and safety concerns. We do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened.
Please reach out to our customer support team at hi@kulanbeauty.co to help arrange your return. Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds apply to the product price only and do not include original shipping fees.
Warranty
We proudly offer a 30-Day Warranty to ensure your satisfaction with the quality of our products. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or becomes damaged through normal use within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
Late claims made outside of the 30 days period will strictly not be accepted. To process a warranty claim, our team will need clear photos of the lash damage and may request further investigation of the issue if necessary.
To make a warranty claim, please contact hi@kulanbeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and our team will assist you in arranging a resolution.
